The effect of the session this time could be said to be bad. 

After leaving the psychology center, Andrew did not return to the residence. Instead, he found that the vice president was about to go on a business trip for a project and replaced him, heading out for the business trip instead. 

As such, Elizabeth lost the chance to talk with Andrew after she returned to the residence. 

What was worse was that in addition to being unwilling to meet with Elizabeth, Andrew also ignored her calls and messages.

Eva pulled a handsome boy to stand in front of Elizabeth. “He’s from our university and had the same mentor, but he’s one year your junior. We’ll be colleagues from now on.” 

Elizabeth stared at the bright boy with a gentle smile who was standing in front of her. He wore white–spotted ripped jeans and a slim–fit sweater with a light fragrance surrounding him. Elizabeth extended her hand to Brandon. “Hello, I’m Elizabeth Hayes.” 

“Hello!” Brandon smiled until his eyes gently closed, revealing white teeth. Brandon held Elizabeth’s hand with both of his tightly and shook it lightly. “I’ve heard a lot about both of your excellent capabilities. 

“I always pictured the both of you as scholars with black–rimmed spectacles and your hair tied up in a bun. I didn’t expect you to be so beautiful. I’m so lucky.” 

The way Brandon spoke as if they were familiar with each other made Elizabeth a little bit uncomfortable. 

Just as she was about to give Eva a look to ask her what was going on, Elizabeth saw Eva grab Brandon’s arm excitedly and point at herself. “Right?” 

“I told you Liz is really beautiful, right? Doesn’t it make you feel good to see such a pleasant–looking doctor? It feels like you’re already halfway to being cured!” 

“That’s right, that’s right!” Brandon let go of Elizabeth’s hand excitedly and turned to shake Eva’s hand. “You both are really beautiful” 

With her thumb and middle finger pressed together, Eva gently patted Brandon’s arm as she laughed. “Not at all!” 

Elizabeth was left speechless before she felt confusion hit her. 

For some reason. Elizabeth felt like she’d intruded into something private and shouldn’t be here. 

Why did she feel like she had suddenly entered the entertainment industry and was backstage at some variety show? Elizabeth did not say much and excused herself. 

However, Elizabeth was the only person who felt it was weird. 

Brandon Chambers, who dressed very well and always had a fresh fragrance around him, had formed a good relationship with all the women in the center in one afternoon. 

It was actually surprising how close Brandon had gotten to everyone.

Elizabeth came out of Eva’s office and kicked the wall angrily. Right then, Elizabeth noticed Brandon walking downstairs. with a familiar–looking woman, who had just finished a session, his arm looped in hers. 

Elizabeth couldn’t tolerate this. 

Was he even here to work? 

“Brandon, come here.” Elizabeth suppressed her anger with all her effort, leading the way into her office. She was going to have a good talk with him about this. 

“What is it?” Brandon entered Elizabeth’s office with a bright smile. “What’s the matter?”

Brandon looked at the confused Elizabeth and laughed even more. 

After a while, Brandon wiped off his tears of laughter and pointed at himself. “I’m not interested in women. You’re all like sisters to me. Eva knows, and so do all the other women. Didn’t you know?” 

“I’m sorry?” Not only was Elizabeth dumbfounded, but she was also so embarrassed that she wanted to jump out of there.

“It’s okay. You were just concerned about everyone.” Brandon waved his hand quickly. “You’re indeed a good person.”
