Chapter 87 

Andrew was standing behind one of the tall sycamore trees in front of the mansion, holding a big bouquet of roses and watching from afar at how intimate Elizabeth and Brandon looked. 

Andrew’s gaze followed both of them until Elizabeth got into Brandon’s small Beetle, and they drove off. 

“Huh.” 

Andrew laughed mockingly and smashed the roses in his hand against the tree trunk, sending the bright red petals flying and fluttering to the ground, creating a scarlet pool at his feet. 

This was the wife that Andrew had been missing. feeling guilty toward, and had wanted to surprise. 

What a huge surprise, indeed. 

Andrew threw the bouquet of roses into the trash can beside him and turned to leave. 

Meanwhile, sitting in Brandon’s car. Elizabeth suddenly felt flustered. 

Elizabeth couldn’t help but glance backward, but the road behind them was empty. 

“What’s wrong?” 

Brandon followed Elizabeth’s gaze and glanced backward. “Elizabeth, are you waiting for someone? Didn’t Eva say she has something on today and won’t go shopping with us?” 

“No.”

“This…” Elizabeth looked at the large skirt that fell almost to the floor and asked awkwardly, “It’s weird, right?” 

“What’s wrong with it?” 

Brandon looked at Elizabeth. Even though Elizabeth said she didn’t like it, she was already reaching out to take it. Brandon pushed her towards the fitting room. “Try it. I think this color suits you.” 

“Alright then.” Elizabeth chuckled as she entered the fitting room.

Full of anticipation. Elizabeth walked out happily after changing but saw someone at the store entrance that completely spoiled her good mood. 

“Elizabeth: Why are you wearing this dress?”
