I ended up standing in front of the house when I left the room as I didn’t know where to go from there.
It was so stupid of me to try and run away when I knew I had no place to go and I didn’t remember the way to Stanley’s house anymore, neither did I have his number to call him and ask for directions.

“Friends, to be precise. Be on a first name basis and definitely avoid speaking to me like you’re in a meeting, “I cringed.
“What do you think?” I asked again and he shrugged.
“Whatever you want. I have been speaking that way because I did not want to appear rude to you. I did not know it was making you uncomfortable, I am sorry,” he apologized and I huffed in annoyance.
If you’re sorry, then why are you still speaking that way? Tsk! “I snapped and he bit his lips together. Am I sure that he is really an Alpha?
“Well…… this is awkward,” he muttered audibly, rubbing his palms on his pants and I smirked.

This was it, exactly what I wanted. I was going to make sure to befriend him and acquire all the powers that I needed to get my revenge on Damien.
