Chapter 14

I was standing in a clearing. And I don’t know where I was.

“Hello?” I shouted but got no reply back.

“Hello?” I walked around again

“Hey Emily?” I heard someone behind me. I turned around to see Alec?

“Alec?” I muttered and he shook his head

“Chase!” He exclaimed and I looked into his eyes to see they were dark.

“Chase where am I?” I asked looking around and he walked closer to me.

“You’re dreaming. With me” he said and I was confused as he sat on the floor.

“What? How did that happen?” I muttered and sat down on the ground.

“Well I heard that you like me more-” he smirked. “So I decided to enter your dreams. I can do that” he said holding my hand

“I don’t understand? Can you enter people’s dreams?” I asked and he nodded

“Only if your mates” he said and I nodded as he stood up

“What are you doing?” I asked as he pulled me up

“Well I wanted to get to know you more. Alec isn’t going to let me out much now because of Anna. So I thought we could try this way. I know you like me more than Alec?” He pulled me up

“Yes I do like you more than Alec. Alec is- no loves Anna” I said and he rolled his eyes

“You’re welcome my lady” he held my hand and I just shook my head as he pulled me through the trees.

“Where are we going?” I asked Confused

“I’m going to shift so we can have a run?” He said and I rolled my eyes

“I can’t shift chase” I told him and he nodded

“I know. That’s why your going to sit on my back. You’ll love it” he said and walked behind a tree. He came out as a big wolf.

“Your really big” I muttered and he smirked, wolf style.

“You can mindlink too?” I questioned and he nodded

I sat on his back slowly and held onto him tightly.

All of a sudden, chase ran through the trees.

“Oh my god! Chase slow down” I laughed and after a few minutes he stopped. I got off him and he shifted back with all his clothes on.

“I have to now now Rosey. It’s morning and you have to wake up” he walked towards me

“Rosey?” I asked confused and he nodded and wrapped his arms around me

“You blush really quickly and they turn pink. Like roses. Can I have a kiss before I leave?” He smirked and I nodded

I kissed him on his cheek and he groaned

“Fine. That will do for today. Bye Rosey” he kissed my cheek and the dream ended.

I opened my eyes to see I was in Alec’s room. I sat up slowly and smiled to myself about Chase.

I wish chase was a normal person and not just a wolf I thought just as the bathroom door opened and Alec walked out.

“You’re awake? I’ll be downstairs” he muttered and walked out the room.

I rolled my eyes and walked out the room, and back to my own.

I picked out my clothes ( outfit on side ) and had a shower. After doing everything I went downstairs to the kitchen.

“Why are you so happy?” Nat asked raising an eyebrow

“I am?” I questioned and she smirked

“You don’t even know that your smiling. Wow. Why are you so happy?” She asked again and I shrugged

“I don’t know” I said as she handed me waffles

“Okay..” she dragged on

“Nat where are Stella and Adam?” I asked eating.

“They have gone to a different pack. Stella’s family pack” she said and I nodded

“I want to go back as well. I’m going to ask Alec one more time” I said standing up

“But what about your waffles?” She pointed and I shook my head

“I’m not hungry. Do you know where Alec is?” I asked and she nodded

“His office” she said and and I nodded and walked out the kitchen.

I walked to his office and walked inside to see him typing.

“You knock first” he said looking up at me and I nodded

“Sorry” I smiled and he sighed

“What do you want Emily?” He asked

“Can I please go to my dad’s pack?” I asked and he shook his head

“Look Emily you can’t leave!” He stood up

“Please Alec. Don’t you remember yesterday? You had sex with Anna and I fainted again. And you knew it was going to hurt me. But you still did it. And I think I deserve to go back. Only for a couple of days. I want to go Alec. You can’t keep me locked up in here!” I shouted and he was shocked

“Nat gave you a back bone...hmm. And about yesterday I apologise” he said and I sighed

“Say sorry then” I muttered and he shook his head

“No. You can go Emily. But be back in two days. If you are not back in two days I will get you back myself” he told me and I nodded

“Thank you so much” I ran and hugged him tightly

“Emily.” He mumbled and I quickly let him go

“Sorry.” I smiled and ran out the room. I ran upstairs to my room and grabbed my suitcase. I stuffed some clothes in and closed it.

I held it in my hand and ran back downstairs to see Alec walking out of his office.

“You want to go now?” He asked confused

“Oh I thought I was going now?” I mumbled putting the bag on the floor

“But I haven’t booked a ticket and your parents don’t know?” He said and I shrugged

“Can’t you book a ticket now? And I’ll surprise them” I smiled and he nodded and walked back to his office just as Nat walked out of the kitchen.

“So you are going?” She asked and I nodded

“Yep.” I smiled and she hugged

“No wonder you’re so happy today. Bring me something back okay?” She said and I nodded

“Oh wait Natalie. I was reading a book yesterday and it said the Silver Stone pack. Which pack is that?” I remembered and she started to laugh.

“You make me laugh so much Emily. I swear! You are in Silver Stone pack” she said and I gasped

“Really? So this is the strongest pack. Well after the Royal Crystal Pack?” I asked and she nodded

“Yep. But nobody talks about the Royal Crystal Pack anymore.” She explained and I nodded as Alec came back.

“I’ll drop you off to the airport. I couldn’t get a ticket so you can use our jet” he said grabbing my suitcase and walking out the door.

“Bye Nat” I hugged her and followed Alec out to the car. I sat inside as Alec sat in the driver’s seat.

“You can sit in this seat Emily” he pointed to the seat at the front and I nodded

I got out the car and sat in the front and wore the seat belt.

“Why are you happy?” He mumbled driving out of the pathway. He drove threw the forest until we got to a main road.

“You might want to ask Chase?” I smiled and he looked at me

“Chase? Emily, Chase is out of control. He doesn’t listen to me. Ever since dad died, it’s hard to put him under control” Alec explained and I shook my head

“Alec. Chase is a really nice person, well wolf. But you need to understand him. He’s just like a big baby” I giggled and he rolled his eyes

“I seriously doubt that” he muttered and I shook my head

“I mean it. Chase is a really sweet, nice and cute version of you. The words he speaks are amazing. Chase is amazing” I sighed

“It’s seems like you love Chase” he whispered

“Maybe. But like every mate book says, you have to love both sides of the person. And Chase is another side of you. The sweeter side” I mumbled and he shook his head

“I can be sweet okay? I can be more sweeter than Chase” he exclaimed defensively

“Really?”

“Yes! What do you have to say to be sweet? And I’ll say it Rosey” he smirked and I rolled my eyes

“That’s what Chase called me” I smirked at him and he scoffed

“That fucking asshole. I told him that. I said that it’s because you blush a lot. So your cheeks turn pink really quickly. Like pink roses. That fucking liar” he shouted

“You talk about me?” I asked blushing slightly

“What!..oh..I-I mean- yes” he stuttered his face turning a little red.

I kept quiet and looked out the window.

He does think about me. I thought smiling at people outside, even though they couldn’t see me.

“We’re here” Alec mumbled after 10 minutes and I nodded

I got out the car as Alec grabbed my bag.

“I can only take you this far. But if you turn left. A guy called Jay will take you from there” Alec said walking inside with me.

“Oh okay. Erm goodbye?” I turned around as he gave me my bag.

“Yeah” he muttered rubbing his neck.

“Goodbye Alec” I hugged him and he wrapped his arms around me.

“Bye.” He whispered not letting me go

After a couple of minutes he let me go and coughed.

“I’ll be back quickly” I said and he nodded.

I grabbed my bag from the floor and walked away.

“Thank you” I said to Jay as he grabbed my bag.

“No problem. After two days, I will come back to pick you up” he said handing me the bag and I nodded.

I walked out if the airport and found a taxi. I sat inside.

“Can you take to-”

“I can take you to the Silver Moon pack Emily. That’s the reason you ran away right? To meet your family?” Cameron turned around and I froze.

I tried to open the door but it was locked.

“I think we should be going somewhere right?” He started the car and I shook my head

“Please Cameron!” I shouted sinking back in the seat, scared.

“What did you think? That I won’t find you?” He shouted driving through a forest when he stopped

“Get out” he opened the door for me and pulled me out of the car.

“Plea-”

“Put a shield around now. Or I swear Emily I will kill your brother. And you don’t want that do you? I mean how selfish can you be? He just found his mate” Cameron shouted and I nodded

I twirled my finger around us and a shield appeared.

“Now walk” he pulled me and I nodded.

I kept quiet as he dragged me to the opposite side of the forest, opposite my dad’s territory.

Cameron told me to get rid of shield,

When we got there, I saw Ben smirking at me and everyone waiting.

“Take her fucking inside. Eat this Emily” Cameron shouted and I shook my head.

“No!” I exclaimed looking at the pill

“You fucking bitch-” he slapped me and I fell to the floor. “Your fucking answering me back? Do you want your brother to die?” He shouted and I looked up and shook my head

“No. Please” I pleaded and he smirked

“Eat this” he gave me the pill and I nodded

I took the pill and swallowed it.

“Now take her inside. We have to give her back quickly. Before anyone suspects anything” was the last thing I heard Cameron say before I blanked out.
