Chapter 22

Alec’s p.o.v

“Alpha!” I heard Liam behind me but I ignored him and ran after Emily.

“Alpha!” Liam shouted just as the van drove away. I turned around and growled and Liam.

I shifted back and he handed me a pair of shorts.

“What!” I shouted

“Nobody is that badly injured but you need to stay here. I’ll go after Emil-”

“Beta! Natalie she’s hurt” someone shouted and Liam ran back to the pack house. I ran after him and inside to see Nat laying on a sofa and Liam hugging her.

“Are you okay Nat?” I asked and she nodded

“I’m fine. But they ran away” she sighed and I nodded

“Do you have any clue who they were?” I asked and she nodded

“They’re vampires. But this guy called Ben, he’s a wizard. I think” she explained and I nodded

“Liam stay with her. I’m going to go find Emily” I muttered and he shook his head standing up

“Look Alec. I’m not being mean, but you won’t he able to find luna now. She’s gone to far. So why don’t you call Jaxon. He must know a way to find her” he said and I nodded pulling my phone out.

I called Jaxon’s number and after a couple of rings he picked up.

“Alpha King” he answered

“Jaxon. I need your help. We were under attack and someone has taken Emily-” he growled

“On my way” he hung up

“I’ll be in my office” I muttered and walked away.

I went inside my office, and to the computer. I have no idea where Emily is. Just then the door opened and Nat walked in,limping.

“Nat!” I stood up and walked towards her.

“I’m fine. Just a twist in my ankle” she said as I helped her to my chair. She sat down and I pulled another chair closer to her and sat on it.

“You should be res-”

“Alec. I know you too well and I know your disappointed. Why?” She asked and I shook my head

“I’m not. Nat you need to-”

“Alec!” She exclaimed

“I am disappointed Nat.” I sighed

“But in myself. That I don’t have any idea where Emily is. What type of mate am I? I mean if you went missing, not that it would happen, but Liam would know where you were. I don’t have a clue” I told her and she stood up

“Alec it’s okay. It’s okay to cry a little as well. I’ve never seen you so happy with Emily. And I know you will be able to find her” she hugged me.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and sighed.

“I don’t know what to do Nat. I feel useless” I whispered

“Alec. If your useless then I am as well. You think of me as your sister right? And I’m not useless! So you’re not. You and Emily haven’t been together for that long, but you have completed the mating. So you can try to communicate with her threw your own mindlink, maybe it could work” she said letting me go and I looked up at her.

“Look! Your crying!” She exclaimed wiping my eyes and I chuckled

“Do you love Emily Alec?” She asked seriously

“What question is that Nat? Of course I love her. I love her so much Nat. I love her that it-”

“Okay! I understand. And I know you do. So for her to know that you love her, you need to get her back. Before anything happ-” I shook my head and stood up.

“I won’t let him touch her again. I’ll kill him” I growled as the door opened, and Jaxon and Bethany walked in.

“What exactly happened?” Jaxon asked walking towards me but Bethany pulled him back.

“Jaxon!” She shouted and he turned to her.

“Cherry! I left her here because I thought this guy can protect her” he narrowed his eyes at me

“Jaxon! At least listen to yourself. I know he can protect her. She’s his mate!” Bethany exclaimed and Jaxon sighed

“Me and Emily, we were at the castle-”

“What were you doing there?” Jaxon asked confused

“Emily...She’s the princess. And I know she’s not your daug-”

“She is my daughter! And how do you know she’s the princess?” Jaxon growled and I sighed

“Will you shut up! If you let me explain, we could get Emily back quicker!” I shouted and he rolled his eyes

“Explain then” he muttered

So I told him about how Emily is the princess, and how her names is similar to the king and Queens. I told him that we went to see if it was real, and it was. And that’s when we found out we were under attack. I explained to him that I told her to go to the safe house, and she did. That’s when they took her.

“Why didn’t you run to her when she called your name? How did theu find the safe house?” Jaxon asked

“I did! I tried to run after her but what can you do when over 5 wolves stand in your way? I can’t fly over them can I? I’m not sure” I shouted

“And the guy called Ben, is a wizard. When I was fighting him, he was using his powers. He had fire? Is he an element as well?” Nat asked and bethany shook he head

“No. My mom is fire and water, and my uncle is earth. I’m air. But Emily she has all of them? That’s what I don’t understand. They’re only 3 people that are meant to have element. So he must have used his magic” Bethany explained and Nat nodded

“Do you know anyway we can get her back?” I asked Jaxon and he shook his head.

“Don’t you think I would have been able to find her when she was 6? I swear I’m going too kill Cameron!” He growled and I turned to Nat.

“Where is Cam? I didn’t see him?” I asked confused

“Before the fight, I saw him leaving. He said that he’s going to meet his girlfriend. And I didn’t see him after that” Nat muttered

“But Cameron doesn’t have a girlfriend. He never does” I was confused

“Where is this Cameron guy? I have a feeling that he knows where Emily is” Jaxon muttered

“Call Cameron. But don’t tell him that we suspect him!” Bethany said and I nodded

I swear Cameron. If this has something to do with you. I will kill you I thought.

Emily’s p.o.v

“Wake her up!” I heard someone shout before I heard an alarm clock close by. I opened my eye so see Ben smirking at me, and I moved back.

“Let me go!” I asked as they stood infront of me. I was tied to the bed and I was laying down. I couldn’t move.

“I think I’m going to enjoy her, again” Cameron smirked and I shook my head

“No! Stop! Please” I shouted as he walked closer to the bed.

“Cameron. I want to have some fun as well. I’m doing so much for you, don’t you think I should get some fun as well?” Ben stopped him.

“You want some as well? Fine. You have been faithful. Go enjoy! She’s really tight!” Cameron smirked at him and then walked out the room. I heard the door been locked and I looked at Ben.

“No!” I shouted and he shook his head and climbed onto the bed

“Stop! Ben please!” I shouted

I was confused but followed his order. I lifted my hand up and twisted my finger around to room, as best as I could.

‘Done?’ He mouthed and I nodded

“Finally!” He exclaimed

“Please Ben stop!” I pleaded and he sighed

“I’m not going to do anything Emily. I’m the good guy” he said pulling a key out of this pocket.

“I don’t trust you Ben” I whispered and he chuckled

“Understandable” he opened one of the cuffs

“I’m going to tell you somethings okay? First of all. Scream!” He muttered and I looked at him confused

“Why?” I asked as he opened all of cuffs, and I sat up in bed.

“Because Cameron is outside. Even though he won’t enter, he will be listening. And I know you have put a shield around this room, but if he can’t hear anything, he won’t move” he explained and I nodded slowly

“No! Please! Stop!” I shouted and he chuckled

“You can’t fake anything!” He said and closed his eyes.

“He’s gone!” He exclaimed and sitting on the bed next to me.

“I just want to go home Ben” I whispered

“I’ll try to get you out of here. I will. But first, you have to act like you’re scared of Cameron.” He said and I nodded

“Really? But I don’t know how to look after a baby? I’m only 19” I looked at my stomach

“I know. Okay lets forgot that, Cameron will be coming soon, so I just want you to act normal. I promise to get you out of here Emily” he whispered and pulled his shirt off

“Wha-”

“It’s for show. Just so he thinks we have done something. Now you stay quiet. Okay?” He got off the bed and took his shoes off just as the door opened and Cameron walked in.

“She dressed?” He looked at me.

“I didn’t want to see her hideous body” Ben muttered and Cameron nodded

“She’s amazing right?” Cameron smirked and Ben nodded

“Yeah. But Cameron we have a problem. She’s pregnant” Ben said wearing his shirt back and his shoes

“What!” Cameron shouted

“Yeah she is. So I don’t think you coul-”

“Get rid of it. I’ll get rid of it” Cameron said and I was shocked.

“What!” Me and Ben shouted at the same time.

“Ben. You know I need her to have my baby. I can’t have her having someone else’s. I’ll get rid of it” he walked towards me.

I was shocked.

He wants to get rid of my baby? It’s not even born yet. I can’t let him do that was my last thought before I was injected with something and put to sleep.
