“Mia stop it!” I shouted and she stood up as the little girl ran away.

“Why are you doing this Mia?” I asked and she ran towards me and hugged me.

“Mom they don’t want to play with me. And when I was playing in the sandbox, she came and broke the sand castle for me” she mumbled looking up at me.

I got down on my knees and held her hand.

“But Mia, we don’t fight okay? When you’re older, you’re going to be the princess, and you can’t be fighting” I explained to her.

“But mom I’m not like everyone” she sighed running inside the castle.

“Emily, don’t pressure her.” Dad said, walking towards me.

“I’m not dad. She should have her wolf or vampire by now” I muttered standing up

“I’ll talk to her.” He said and walked away.

Today is mine and Alec’s wedding anniversary, and he through a party.

“Are we in the kitchen? Wait! Do I smell chocolate cake?” I exclaimed and he groaned, taking the blindfold off me.

“Why are you good” he groaned as I opened my eyes to see a big chocolate cake in front of me with Mia sat down on the stool.

“Why are you doing this?” I asked turning around and looking at him.

“Because I want to marry you again Emily. I want to write my own vows and say them to you. I want to re create our whole wedding again. Will you do it? Will you love me more?” He asked holding my hand

“Say it mom!” Mia shouted and I nodded

“Okay Alec.” I smiled and he hugged me tightly

“Child in the room or I would have kissed you properly” he kissed my cheek then let go.

“Today’s Mia’s appointment right?” I asked and he nodded

“Hopefully we’ll find out if she will ever shift or not” he replied and I nodded walking to Mia.

“Are you ready baby?” I asked as she stood up on the stool.

“Mom, I want to be like all of you. I want to fit in with everyone. I want to have friends as well” she whispered and I nodded .

“You do have friends. What about Summer?” I asked as Alec walked towards her and picked her up

“Really?” Mia looked at him and he nodded

“Alec can you take her out, I need to talk to kayden” I smiled at him and he nodded

“Who wants ice cream?” He picked Mia up and walked out of the room.

“Will you really get it?” I asked

“If she does, then it will be a miracle because at the moment she’s a human. She should have had her senses high, but she doesn’t” kayden said and I nodded
