It’s been two months since the twins were born and I am constantly tired. My mom and Kay went back to their homes a few days ago and reality is hitting me. I am going to be all alone with three kids in a few days for a full week. Rasheed has to go on a business trip and only taking a few warriors. It shouldn’t be too bad, but I will miss him dearly. Especially, since he is such a big help with all the kids. Savvy already has her daddy wrapped around her finger.

“Hey beautiful come to bed, you have been in the office all day and the kids miss you.” Rasheed mind links me.

I have decided to stop school and just focus on the pack and family. I did not think life would be so tough. Being a new mom has been a huge struggle with trying to lead. I try not to depend on the nannies too much, although they are helpful. I work two full days a week in my office, so I don’t fall behind. I pump and spend time with the kids every two hours for thirty minutes.

I feel like the life is being sucked out of me and I know it is only going to get worse when Rasheed leaves. I will have to be Alpha over the whole pack in his absence, a mom with two newborns and a toddler. I am exhausted, I really want to call in for help, but I don’t want to look weak.

I sigh feeling like I am about to cry, I swallow down the feelings and proceed to the nursery that is located next to Onyx’s room.

“Hi my beautiful babies.”

I walk over to Onyx first and give him a kiss on his forehead. Rasheed is changing Jahziel and Savanna is in her crib needing to be changed as well. I pick my Princess up and head to the changing table.

Thank the goddess it is only urine; she had an explosion in her diaper earlier today and I was so tired I just threw all the clothing and blanket away.

I get Savanna cleaned and give her a bottle. It has been too hard to try and breast feed from my breast. I had to result to pumping and just giving them a bottle. They seem to take well to the bottle.

After a few minutes, I tuck her into her bed and adjust the railing. Rasheed tucks in Jahziel and we turn to Onyx.

“Are you ready for bed Onyx?”

“Yes mommy, I have already brushed my teeth and washed my face. I just need to be tucked in” Onyx giggles and runs off to his room.

“Kids, that boy is something else huh baby” Rasheed coos into my ear.

“He is, he’s going to grow into a great young man.”

We walked into Onyx’s room, and he was already in his bed and waiting for us. I kneel at the side of his bed and give him a kiss on his head. He grabs my cheeks and looks me right in my eyes.

“Mommy troubled times are coming, but we will get through this. I love you mommy. I love you daddy.”

“I love you Onyx” Rasheed and I say in unison.

After tucking in Onyx, we head back to our bedroom and get ready for bed. Feeling exhausted I drop to the bed.

“Tired my love?” Rasheed asks.

“Yes, and also worried. I feel like I am struggling to get on top of things lately. Now you are going to be leaving in the afternoon, I am becoming a little overwhelmed. I know you have to go, and I am not trying to make you feel bad or as if you should not go, I’m just a little stressed. I will be able to handle it as it comes, I think I will have to utilize the nannies while you are away.” I express my concerns to him.

“Oh baby, you are a strong Alpha, wife, mother, and businesswoman. There is nothing you can’t do. I strive to be as good of a leader as you. Your downfall is trying to do everything yourself since you’ve had the twins. Things are different and it is okay to ask for help.”

Tears start to prick my eyes and Rasheed places his fingers on my chin, tilting my head to look at him.

“My beautiful wife, everything is going to be okay. I will come home to you in a few days, and we will work on a better schedule that will alleviate this stress. I of course know another way we can relieve that stress” he winks at me.

Rasheed slips his hands into my panties, and I feel his member pressing against my thigh. My mouth opens and Rasheed takes this opportunity to kiss me. The kiss was so intense I moan into his mouth. His fingers work their way into my folds, and I push my hips down to feel more of him.

He removes his hands and I whimper at the loss of contact. He laughs and proceeds to remove my sleeping shorts and panties. At this point they are drenched. The need for my husband is so overwhelming. I cannot go at such a slow pace. I growl at him and take control of the situation. We end up making love until the wee hours of the morning.
