I ignored Greyson as I continued shooting arrows,with my target in sight, there was no way I would miss. 

His stares became too much that I had no other choice but to question him. 

“Spit it out?,” I said,without looking at him. 

“What?,” he asked and without turning, I knew his brows were furrowed and he looked confused. 

“Our with it. Whatever it is you’ve been planning on saying,” I said as I hit another

“You don’t like it?,it doesn’t sit well with you?,you don’t approve?,” I asked,interrupting him. 

“It’s just..I really don’t think it’s a good idea,” he answered and I smiled. That must be what he’s been meaning to say all these while. 

“I don’t really approve of you being with my sister. It doesn’t sit well with me either and I don’t like it. Yet here we are and I’m not complaining,” I said and he must’ve sighed loudly for me to have heard it.. 

“The way you trusted Rielle that easily is just so….does she have something on you?,” he asked and I burst out laughing that I threw the bow on the ground. 

“What could she possibly have on me?,” I asked in between laughter and then I remembered something Amara had asked and I had been forgetting to question Greyson about it. 

“What about you?,is there something I should know?,” I asked as I turned to face. him. 

He furrowed his brows in confusion and I shrugged. 

“Since we want to start revealing our secrets,” I said again and he shook his head. 

“I have no secrets,” He said, without any expression on his face.

“You don’t?,” I asked again. “Think carefully before you answer me. It could have been something you did without telling me. To you it might not have been a big deal,but it could be to me,” 

He was silent for a while and then when he answered,I was disappointed. 

“Nothing, Alpha. There’s nothing. I have kept nothing from you,well except anything that has to do with my wife and–I,” he said and I made a face of disgust. 

“No,thank you,I’d rather not hear about that,” I said and he shrugged.

“What would I be doing in a school in human territory?,” he asked with a furrowed. brow and I shrugged. 

“That’s what I’d love to find out too,” I said. 

“Well, since you say so,then I’ll assume it was misinformation. I’ll head inside now,” I said and walked away,but not before seeing the look on his face. 

On getting to my room,I shut the door behind me and removed Amara’s picture from where I kept it. 

“You just hang in there, I’ll get our son back and make them pay,I promise,” I said and k*ssed the picture. 

There was a knock and I quickly kept the picture back to where it was and walked towards the door to open it. 

It was just as I thought,it was Rielle. It was hard,hiding my true intentions and k*ssing her when the need arises.

I had cleared my room of any of Amara’s and the children’s pictures. My room felt bare without it,but I wasn’t going to put Rielle’s picture up there,no matter what. 

“My love,” Rielle said as she sat on the bed. 

I smiled as I went to the refrigerator. “Care for a drink?,” I asked as I brought out a bottle of vodka. 

“Why do I have to drink when We can do so much more ?,“she replied with a sultry voice and giggled and I smiled. 

I poured myself a glass and gulped it down in a single shot. 

“How’s my son?,” I asked and watched her face for any change in her expression. 

She was a damned good actor!. It was hard to see through her lies. 

When she came with Rick on the day of Silverpine’s ball, I was surprised and that was when I realized that something must’ve made her leave Norman and come here. 

“He’s asleep, Poor little boy. I wish he had a better mother because what mother leaves their child like that?!,” she said,pointing and I nodded in agreement. 

It was difficult hiding my emotions. I had to smile even when I wanted to strangle her for trying severally to come between me and Amara. 

Amara must really resent me a lot for betraying her again. I wouldn’t blame her though,for what I did,the way I made her feel in front of Rielle,she’d never understand. 

“You’ve not touched me Lucien,” she said and I spun around to face her, I didn’t know when she came near me.

Even a gesture as small as that was annoying to me and I tried my best not to push her away as she leaned on my chest.

I have been hoping and praying to the goddess that she loses her composure and makes a mistake. I have checked her phone, hoping to see something that’d help me get back my son.

“Don’t you think you should give Amara a befitting punishment for her crime,” she
