“I’m not going anywhere Jax! we need to go back there I can’t leave Xavier all by himself I just can’t……” I cried out, as tears rolled out of my eyes.
“We have to listen to what he has instructed us to do and abide by it. It is not safe for you and the kids Emerald out there. Whoever the enemy is, he or she definitely have no good intentions to you or Alpha Xavier holds” Jax said, and Lina joined us immediately with a worried expression on her face.
“I got the car” she said, as she stared from Jax to the kids.
“Mummy” Damien said, as he cried
“What is going to happen to dad?” Derrick asked, and my heart squeezed in hurt.
“I’m not going anywhere, I am the Luna and I need to be here with the members of the pack” I said in one breath, Jax stared at me in disbelief as he cursed under his breath.
“Take the kids away Lina, I will get back to you” he instructed, and she gave a nod as she forcefully took the kids with her as they cried.
“The Alpha will not appreciate this but then, I cannot let you go back there all by yourself. If you are going, we have to go together” Jax said, and I walked in front.
“Stick with me no matter what happens” Jax instructed me, and I gave a nod as we walked back to the pack house. The weather looked like an heavy downpour was about to begin as everyone was fighting.

Jax tried to protect me but throughout the entire time, my eyes kept wondering around trying to find out where Xavier is.
“I can’t find him” Jax said, as he raised his eyebrows
“What do you mean by you can’t find him? Where is Xavier? we have to find him somehow” I yelled, as the noise from the fight echoed in the pack unable to hear ourselves.

“I found them, Xavier is in a fight with Elroy his cousin brother” the soldier said, and my eyes widened in
shock.
“I don’t understand, you mean Elroy is alive?” I asked, as my heart beat crazily against his chest
“C’mon” Jax stated, as we went with the soldiers.
We went in between the bushes and froze, when we saw them fighting brutally with each other.
“He is going to get hurt, please try to do something….” I cried, and tried moving towards them but Jax pulled me back.
“You can’t go there, if Xavier sees you anywhere close to him, he is going to become weak you can’t do that!” Jax said pulling my face towards, him as I burst out crying silently.
“For years I have waited to get into this fight with you and watch you bleed to death brother!” Elroy snarled, as he punched Xavier down and cut him with silver making him weak in an instant.
“Xav……!” I tried to scream, as I cried crazily.
“You are not my brother, you have never been and you will never be!” Xavier said weakly, as he spat out blood.
“You think I am dying to be recognized as your brother?? Then you are mistaken. I am not your brother, I am the ilegitimate son of your bastard father!” Elroy bursted angrily, and Xavier stared at him in shock.
“What the fuck are you saying?” Xavier asked, he was too shock to react.
“My mom isn’t the saint you idolized her as Xavier, if she have her way she would have killed you a very long time ago. Carlos fucking decieved her only to run away with your stupid mother….!” Elroy said in anger, while laughing wickedly. Xavier growled angrily, as he tried to shift the silver cut into him crazily.
“You think she loves you? My mom loves nobody other than herself ….you have been a weak lover all your life, loving the people who do not give a fuck about you !” he said, and Xavier screamed as he dug the silver deeper into his body.
“We have to leave…” Jax said, pulling my hand.

“Xavier!” I screamed, as Elroy kicked his weak body into the rushing water.
“Nooooooooooool!” I screamed, as he held my hand and pulled me with him. I tried to escape but darkness overwhelmed me.

{ AT THE PACK HOUSE }
“What happened to him” Aunt Maggie asked, as she rushed down from the stairs to see her son covered in blood.
“I don’t know what you are talking about” Elroy said, as he tucked both hands into the pocket of his pants.

“Don’t tell me you killed Xavier ?” she asked, as her heart rammed against her chest.
“He is dead, quit asking questions like this wasn’t the plan all along mother. We planned to kill him and take the over his pack. He is dead now, all we have to do is to get hold of that stupid family of his and make sure they are all dead!” he bursted angrily, and Maggie sucked under her breath.
“I don’t want to be reminded of Xavier in anyway” Elroy said, as he walked out on her.
Her eyes stung with tears as fear overwhelmed her, how did they get here? this was the only thing she have ever cared about in her life, taking over the reigns of the pack. Why did it hurt now that Elroy had taken over as the Alpha of the pack?” she wondered quietly.
“What if her son find about her relationship with Blake, and the shameful things she did in secret? Will that means her end?” she thought, as she shiver in fear.
“He has gone out of control” she heard someone’s voice, and that made her turn immediately.

“Sapphire ….” Maggie said sadly.
“You planted hatred in his heart, and he has gradually made him an architect of doom. He has ruined
every bit of happiness that blossomed in my heart and that of many” Sapphire bursted angrily as she
cried.

“Find it in your heart to forgive my son Sapphire…” Aunt Maggie trailed, aa she begged for the forgiveness of her son as she walked close to her.
“Can you even listen to yourself speak? I should find it in my heart to forgive a man that ruined my life!” she bursted angrily as tears rolled out of her eyes.
“He might kill you if you try to do other wise Sapphire, please be careful. I know this hurts a lot, but try to look past this, look at the brighter side of things you get to be his Luna” she said, and Sapphire stared at the woman in disbelief.
“You disgust me!” she spat angrily, as she cried.
“I disgust you? You better stop acting like a queen, and get your act together or you face the consequences” she said threatening the poor girl.
“This pack will be facing a major restructurion soon, and only those who succumb to the rules and regulations of Alpha Elroy will survive” Maggie to her, as Sapphire stared at her too shocked to say another word.
Lina walked out of the car as Jax carried the unconscious Emerald in his arm, and tucked her into the backseat of the car.
“What happened to her? Jax is everything okay?” Lina asked in fear.
“Did you get them out as instructed?” he asked, as they got into the car.
“I talked to your sister, and we were able to get them out of the pack on time. You haven’t answered any of my questions though” she said, and he drop of tears fell from Jax eyes.

“Jax” Lina said in shock.
“They killed him Lina, it was a conspiracy after all and ….” Jax trailed, as he cried in his mind bitterly.
Lina’s hands covered her mouth as she cried with him, her eyes moved over to the unconscious Emerald
as she rubbed her forehead.
“We have to go far away for the main time Lina. I don’t really know if Xavier is still alive, but Emerald and the kids are not safe here with all these people after their life. We need to be careful” he said, and she gave a nod as the driver drove off.
“How is she?” his mom asked, as she moved the wheelchair towards them.
“She is still unconscious and shaken from the effect of what happened” Jax stated, and his mom sighed softly.
“I can’t believe they did that to him, Xavier did not deserve any of that. He has been a good leader and everyone knows that” Gina said, as she wiped the tears that rolled out of her eyes.
“I don’t know what to say to Emerald? Or how to talk to the kids about what has happened. Everything is scaring the living day light out of me” Jax said, as he rubbed his face in frustration.
“How could Maggie’s son be the person behind all these madness all along?” Jax mom asked in shock.
“Maggie herself instigated it mom. I can’t believe she could stoop so low. I knew she was up to no good, but I did not expect something so cruel from her” Jax stated angrily.
“I fear for what the future holds” Lina mutter, as tension filled the room.
