Please take off your clothes!” Yves said.
Um?” When Valentina heard that, her pretty face darkened, and she yelled, “What do you mean?”

As the words fell, a middle–aged man stared at Yves gloomily, his eyes filled with coldness.
He was Lincoln Gomez, Ruby’s father. In Haven City, he was an all–powerful man, whether it was regarding his connections or his wealth.
On the hospital bed, Ruby looked at Yves blankly. Her skin was fair, but it was a kind of sickly fairness.
Looking at Yves’s calm expression and thinking she didn’t have much time left, she said, “Let him try it!”
“Ruby!” Lincoln’s expression changed slightly.
“I want to give it a try,” Ruby said firmly.
Lincoln’s face was grim. Seeing the despair in his daughter’s eyes, he gritted his teeth, looked at Yves, and said, “Brat, if you can’t cure her, I will kill you!”
As he said that, he looked at the old man in a long robe next to him and said, “Let’s get out!” “Hah, do you really believe in this person? He simply looks like a liar to me!” The old man said. Her skin was in an unhealthy fairness because of her condition.
Her figure was slender, but the chest she was covering with her hands was plump.
Yves said, “Please help me put my hand on her chest.”
“You…” Valentina’s expression darkened when she heard that.
She looked at Ruby, who blushed and nodded. “Let him do it!”
As she spoke, she removed her hand from her chest.
Valentina looked at the calm Yves, took his hand, and slowly placed it on Ruby’s chest.
When his fingers touched Ruby’s skin, his brows furrowed slightly. He felt her body temperature was much lower than ordinary people’s. He murmured, “You might feel some pain later and must endure it.”

Valentina, who stood beside them, frowned when she saw Yves’s fingers slowly raised and moved. It looked like he was taking advantage of the girl.
After a while, she found that his thumb stopped while the other four fingers still slid slowly until all five landed in different positions, forming a peculiar posture.
If one paid attention, she would find that his five fingers formed a different angle and position in the middle of her chest.
Yves pressed lightly, and a wisp of breath passed through his right arm and came to his fingers. There was an astonishing elasticity in the place where the five fingers touched.

After doing all that, he took a long breath and said, “All done.”
“Done?” Valentina frowned.
“Cold! I’m so cold!”
Ruby’s lips suddenly turned blue on the bed, and her whole body trembled violently.
Valentina quickly covered her with a quilt and shouted to Yves with a gloomy look, “What’s going
on!”
“Ah!”
Just as Yves was about to explain, Ruby let out a painful scream.

Lincoln suddenly pushed open the door, rushed in, and looked at Ruby with blue lips and chills on the hospital bed. He grabbed Yves’s collar and bellowed. “What’s going on?!”
“Hmph, what else could it be?” Outside, the old man in a long robe chuckled, “Ms. Gomez has ALS and cannot bear the slightest coldness during the onset of the disease. This brat probably just wants to take advantage and let her take off her clothes. She caught a cold now, and her condition couldn’t be controlled.”

The two bodyguards roughly dragged Yves away to the villa’s basement and pushed him to the ground.

He shook his head and was not worried at all. He stood up calmly, dusting off his shirts before sitting cross–legged.

When that man left, the one left to guard him was furious when he saw Yves sitting cross–legged like nothing happened.
“You pervert!” He gritted his teeth and said, “I watched Ruby grow up, but how dare you make her sickness go uncontrollable and suffer such pain. If I don’t let you suffer today, I do not deserve to have a name.”
As he spoke, he found a baseball bat on the other side of the basement.
Meanwhile, Ruby in her bedroom withstood that biting cold that lasted several minutes. Suddenly, she felt that the coldness within was fading rapidly.
Her lips slowly regain their color.
It was summer at that time. She didn’t open the air conditioner and suddenly felt a little hot.
“How are you?” Looking at Ruby, who was slowly regaining her composure, Lincoln asked quickly, “Ruby, are you okay?”
The old man in a long robe sighed, “She is recovering now. After all, she was covered with a quilt, and her body felt warm. But…”
At this time, Ruby said, “Dad, I feel… so hot!”
