Chapter 45: A Rapist at the Monastery.

Thorax Zelinkom was sleepless, and he was grinding his teeth in frustration. Podixa had refused to allow him access to Zetani Nova’s Zeto Crystal. Thus, she bereaved them both of an endless supply of Zeto-charged sapphires.

’That stupid bitch! I could have made her more powerful than any Zetan has ever been.” Thorax mumbled. He had been honest about his intentions; he would have made Podixa the mightiest Zetan ever, and she could have kept the Zeto Crystal after he became the Master of the Xenos. All he needed was enough charged sapphires to make his way to Xenora, where he was destined to be the ruler. So, why had she denied him?

“Why do they always deny me?” Thorax growled, and his mind wandered to a remote monastery. The nuns had denied themselves the pleasures of the flesh. Moreover, they had done so by choice, while his abstinence was anything but voluntary. How ironic it would be if he raped one of them.

Thorax recollected that Podixa had hidden the charged Shamraz Sapphire in the monastery. Why hadn’t he thought about this before? He could attack the nuns, steal the sapphire, and leave this damn planet before anyone could make him answer for his crimes.

“Do you promise to leave me unharmed if I take you to the sacred Shamraz Sapphire?” Sarah said.

“I promise,” Thorax hissed and smiled wickedly.

“You are coming with me. I cannot allow you to raise the alarm, you stupid Zetan bitch.” Thorax threatened.

Sarah nodded, and they entered the cave temple. They spotted the sapphire, which shone with a tranquil blue light from the altar as they reached the temple’s inner sanctum.
