The moment Clara pushed the door to the game room, she saw Alex engrossed in a video game

If she had known he was chillin‘ like a villain, she wouldn’t have rushed over!
‘Alex does your wound still hurt?”
“Ouch!” Alex shot his mom a sidelong glance and immediately clutched his wound, “Mom, it really hurts!”
Clara was speechless, Alex your lie is as clear as day! Didn’t I tell you not to fib?”
Alex stuck out his tongue, I’m sorry, Mom! I just wanted you to come over so you could marry Mr. Milburn! That’s why I fooled you, I’m sorry”
Clara paused, taking a deep breath, “Alex, do you really want Mr. Milburn to be your dad that bad?
Alex nodded vigorously, “Yes, Mr. Milburn is really good to me, he’s exactly the kind of dad I want.”
Clara found a seat, telling her son, Alex, listen to me! We can’t be selfish. Mr. Milburn has never been married and doesn’t have his own kids. If he became your dad, it would be like we’re just causing him trouble, get it?”

“I’m not being headstrong Mom, he really likes you and he asked me to play matchmaker! And I really like Mr. Milburn, I don’t want any other dad. I want him!”

“But but if Mr Milburn and I like each other, why can’t we be a family?”
Alex’s little face was full of questions.

“I want one now! Mr. Milburn takes me places you can’t and buys me toys you won’t. I want a dad like him!”

Luckily, Alex didn’t grow up by Elio’s side, otherwise, this kid would be a handful!
