Just yesterday, Nancy had met him and Gina at the airport, pleading with him to testify for her. Yet today, he heard such words from Shane’s mouth. It seemed that not a word Nancy spoke was true. Gabriel even suspected that Nancy was just trying to create a sensation to gain some fame again.

Gina chuckled and noticed the girl’s hand, which had six fingers on her left hand. Gina didn’t stare at the girl’s six fingers for long, but the girl still noticed Gina’s gaze and immediately hid her hand and lowered her head. 

Children with disabilities were usually more sensitive. Cina noticed the girl’s change in mood and wanted to reassure her. She reached out and gently patted the girl’s head, saying, “You’re beautiful too.”

Originally, if it weren’t for my mom’s failing health, I wouldn’t have temporarily taken over as president.” 

“I have no intention of becoming the president,” Gina said.
