Chapter 37: Reunion Part 2

After Alesia and I talked, we teleported back to the group. We found them in the park while talking happily.

When we approached them, Ereia and the others except for my friends in the Moondrous World were all acting weird. Their eyes widened when they saw me.

What's going on?

Bryle smiled at me and his gaze turned to Alesia questioningly then I introduced Alesia to them.

My eyebrows furrowed together while staring at Ereia, and the others. They looked at me shyly.

"Hey, what's the matter?" I asked them with a frown.

"Ah eh..." they mumbled. They couldn’t look me in the eye and they were trembling.

I looked at Leena questioningly. She chuckled and said, "We just told them your identity." She shrugged her shoulders.

Ah, now I know why they behave like this. I couldn’t help but chuckle in amusement.

"Look, you don't have to feel intimidated because I'm still the old Luna, your friend. Nothing will ever change." I said with assurance. Their faces lifted and sighed in relief.

"Waah, sorry, Luna! Because we're not used to interacting with a goddess!" they said in unison, which made me laugh.

"Hey, what's going on?" Alesia said, eyebrows knitted together. Oh, I forgot to tell her.

"Well, Princess Alesia, Luna over there didn't tell us that she is a newly proclaimed Goddess of Creation and Universe!" Ereia said proudly while looking at me with admiration.

Alesia's eyes widened at what Ereia said.

"Really?" she said as soon as she recovered from shock while looking at me. I nodded, and she smiled warmly and then congratulated me.

We happily talk about each other’s lives. Our friendship bond became much stronger than before. We learn a few things about each other. And I found out that their friendship became stronger after the battle.

Princess Aira and the others told them that I am the one who saved the entire world from demon invasion a year ago. The guys thanked me because if it wasn't for me they would probably be a goner by now and no Enchantreia World either.

It was already late at night after we finished talking. We didn’t notice the time as we were very engaged in our conversation about the last war. Since it was already late, Ereia brought all of us to their mansion to stay for the night. We decided to leave for Laikan World for the next two weeks after going to some places in Enchantreia because I haven’t had the chance to visit other kingdoms before when I stumbled here.

However, Alesia and the rest decided to go with us on our journey. Of course, I couldn’t refuse them so now our numbers have grown and are so noisy.

After two weeks, we all gathered together in the garden at Ereia’s house. After checking that everyone was ready, I immediately summoned a portal, and we entered with excitement. The portal took us outside of the school—The Laikan Academy.

They were all amazed to see the huge and elegant academy; standing tall and magical.

“State your business,” one guard asked us as soon as we approached the gate.

They didn’t respond for a while. They were informing the headmaster first through telepathy.

Surprisingly, they opened the gate for us after a while.

I smiled because nothing has changed in the place since I left. We went to Headmaster Zenon's office, and I can’t wait to see his reaction. When we reached the office, I lightly knocked three times. The door automatically opened then I entered with the group behind me.

"Headmaster Zenon!" I beamed, and the headmaster was very surprised to see me.

"Luna?!" He immediately got up from sitting in his swivel chair and gave me a warm, welcoming hug.

"We haven't seen each other for a long time, it's good that you've finally visited," he said with a smile and I chuckled.

"Actually, I'm here to visit Claire, you, and the others." He nodded and looked behind me.

I introduced him to the entire group, and the headmaster looked funny because his office was almost full because of us. And his eyes widened when he saw Leena. He couldn’t believe I had a twin.

Then the headmaster immediately called Claire and the others.

I can’t wait to surprise them.

Headmaster Zenon and I talked while we waited for Claire and the others. We filled in each other a few details about the happenings in this world and Moondrous World.

A few minutes later, there was a knock at the door, and it opened automatically. Then I heard gasps of surprise. Maybe they wonder why there are so many people in the office. They haven't noticed me yet because my back was facing them.

"Headmaster, did you call us?" Caleb asked. I can still recognize his voice.

"Who are they, Uncle? Are they transferees?" I heard Zach ask. Headmaster just smiled.

I slowly turned to face Zach and Caleb with a smile.

Their eyes widened when they saw me and then blink their eyes multiple times like they saw a ghost or something. Caleb even pinched Zach’s face to confirm if he wasn’t hallucinating. In response, Zach groaned and slapped Caleb’s hand.

"Luna?!" they uttered in surprise. Caleb immediately rushed and grabbed me then pulled me into a hug happily while Zach just smiled at me without losing his cool. I saw Bryle’s face turn sour and eyes narrowed while glaring at Caleb. If looks could kill, Caleb would be a goner by now.

"I miss you, Luna!" Caleb beamed as we pulled away. He even pinched my cheeks, and I just giggled.

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door and it opened. Aileen came in first, followed by Abigail, Niko, Zasper, and the other four—I can't remember their names but I can remember their faces. And the last to enter were Claire and Cathy. They look so surprised while looking around.

"Woah, what’s happening? Why are there so many people here?" they uttered and looked stunned. And now the entire office is crowded because of us.

They hadn't noticed me yet and instead, their gaze found my twin who sat on the couch indifferently. Leena's eyes widened as well and there was a trace of slight fear on her face; afraid they might attack her with a hug and anytime she’s ready to release flames.

"Lunaaaa?!" they shout in shock. Claire and Cathy were about to pounce on Leena when I stopped them before it’s too late. Leena has a habit of summoning a fire if she were threatened.

"Guys, I'm right here..." I said while giggling and they instantly froze. I saw the relief on my twin’s face that made me laugh. Even Zach and Caleb were surprised to see Leena.

They all turned to look at me as their eyes widened in shock. I laughed and soon the office filled with laughter.

"Hi, Claire! Cathy!" I greeted them, and I was stunned when they suddenly burst into tears. This… Did I do something wrong?

"Waah, Luna! Huhuhu," Claire and Cathy rushed at me and hugged me tight like there was no tomorrow, squeezing the air out of me.

"Guys, I can't breathe. Are you trying to suffocate me to death?" I said, and they laughed as they released me while wiping away their tears. The others smiled at me and I smiled back.

However, everyone didn’t expect what Cathy did. It happened so fast and I didn't expect it either. Everyone's jaw dropped, and I was stunned beyond words. The entire room fell into pin-drop silence.

Meanwhile, Cathy was still on high from seeing me. She was grinning from ear to ear after what she did. Well, Catherine just kissed me on the lips in front of everybody.

"Big Sister! You know you're embarrassing!" Claire breaks the silence, looking embarrassed while shaking her head. Her face flushed with embarrassment and shame like she wanted to dig a hole and hide there.

Cathy pouted her lips. I just chuckled but stopped when I saw Bryle’s expression. He looked like he was about to murder Cathy or something. My face reddened in embarrassment.

"What? I just miss Luna so much!" Cathy defended herself with a proud tone and hugged me again.

Everyone couldn’t help but laugh at her behavior. Although it was a bit awkward, they still couldn’t help but laugh. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at this.

"Ehem." Leena cleared her throat and approached me. A terrifying breath of aura instantly engulfed the entire room giving everyone chills running through their spines. Leena glared at Cathy with a murderous look. Here comes the possessive Leena.

Cathy pulled away and looked at Leena in awe—not aware of the upcoming danger she was in.

Everyone gaped at Leena and me with eyes widened in awe.

Leena looked at me while pouting her lips and then hooked her arm to me possessively. Oh no, she's jealous.

"Why are you all hugging my twin?!" Leena uttered with eyebrows furrowed together. She’s like a kettle with boiling water and a flame ready to burst. Everyone’s mouth hung open in awe which made me laugh. "You!" Leena pointed at Cathy while looking up and down, sizing Cathy up with a threatening glare. Cathy’s eyes widened, and she swallowed nervously; now aware of the coming danger. Well, Leena could act scary sometimes. I couldn’t blame her.

"Me?" Cathy pointed to herself innocently acting like she did nothing inappropriately. Nice try, Cathy.

"Why did you kiss my sister?!" Leena said while raising an eyebrow and frowning. Oh no, she's being protective of me again. Good luck for provoking her.

"Uhm, I... Well, is it because I miss her?" Leena's eyebrows rose even more in response—not buying her excuse.

"Are you sure? I will burn you to death if you lie!"

Cathy swallowed nervously and nodded. I couldn't help but chuckle. This is hilarious.

"Hey, all of you, listen. From now on, no one can hug my sister except me, understand?" Leena said sternly while glaring daggers at everyone—her voice was firm and unquestionable like it was the end of the discussion. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Our eyes widened and everyone whined but Leena just glared daggers at them and stuck her tongue out childishly. I heard the headmaster chuckle hilariously.

Everyone burst out laughing at her possessive behavior. She clung to me like a koala—a pretty koala. I didn’t complain because she wasn’t used to many people hugging me, and it was because of my disappearance before that she became possessive of me.

Headmaster dismissed us so that we could talk properly. We ended at the enchanting garden. Claire and I also talked a lot of things about what was going on in her life and their world when I left. Sometimes she misses living in the mortal world; well, the mortal world hits her differently because she was raised there.

I'm glad Claire made a lot of friends and was not as aloof as before.

“So how long are you going to stay here this time?” Claire asked expectantly.

“We will stay for two weeks so you have to bring us to visit other kingdoms!”

“My pleasure!” she replied inexplicably excited.

And when I told her and the others that we were traveling in different dimensions, they begged to come with us on our journey.

We couldn’t refuse so we agreed to let them come and they looked inexplicably excited. I just shook my head in amusement and felt a headache coming. Now, we were almost thirty in total.

Our next destination is… Majika World.

I can't wait to see Mirai and the others. I wonder what she’s doing now.
