Completely dressed, I sat on the couch waiting on Jake to pick me up. He said he'll be coming for me at 7 and its now 6:55pm.

Mason told me that he wanted a dance with me tonight and I was very much eager to do so.

I feel so close to him. Its like, within two days, we became so much closer than before. And I've never been so happy about something like the way I am right now with Mason.

I still like Jake but I seem to like Mason as well.

I really don't know what to do. I'm stuck between the two.

I kinda sorta want to be with Mason all the time and I want the same with Jake.

Ughhh. I'm getting a serious headache from all this thinking

I heard the door bell ring and I knew it was Jake. Three minutes early. I went ahead and grab my purse and shout to Kalina that I was leaving.

I hardly see her these days.

I opened the door to see a fine ass Jake dressed in...

"What are you wearing?" I demanded.

"Oh right. Ummm I couldn't find a wizard costume that really suited me so I decided to dress like an anime character with purple eyes ." he explained looking at me apologetic.

"Fine. You look hot anyways." I told him. I really need to control this flirting thing I have going.

Jake was wearing full black. Black pants, and this black long sleeve shirt with a purple belt that matched the contacts I gave him.

"There you go again flirting with me." He smirked.

"You look pretty hot yourself." He added looking down at what I was wearing.

I had on a black tutu like dress with purple mesh on the outside, black mesh stocking, knee highed booty and of course, i was sporting my real colored eyes.

"Thank you" I blushed.

The ride to the dance was pretty quiet. I sensed that he was nervous so I tried to lighten the mood by telling him a joke and it worked like a charm.

We reached our school 15 minutes later and the place was decorated with creepy pumpkin heads.

Mason wasn't hear as yet but I saw Chloe dressed like Barbie talking to some guy dressed like Ken. Jake and I went over to where they were to say hi.

"Hey Chlobear " I said, hugging her.

"Hi Elena," she squealed.

"This is Jackson, my date." She added, pointing to guy who was also blonde with blue eyes.

He stood there looking at me with a blank expression and I just had to look into his eyes. The minute I did, I knew who he was.

"Hi Jackson." I said blatantly.

"Hello," he replied still looking at me weird.

"Excuse me," I muttered to them, dragging Jake with me to the punch bowl.

"Hey what's wrong?" Jake asked me looking concern as ever.

"Am fine. Why would you think something is wrong with me. I'm peachy" I rushed.

I poured some and drunk it hastily before looking around the room searching for Mason.

"Where is he?" I muttered.

"Where's who?" Jake asked. Apparently he heard me.

"Mason. I have something I want to tell him " I told him.

Jake made a funny face looking at me and I realized he didn't like that I was looking for his best friend and not paying him any mind.

I looked at him and reached out and held his hand.

"I'm sorry. Do you wanna go dance?" I asked him smiling up into his puppy dog eyes.

He smiled showing his one dimple and it immediately made me feel warm inside.

We danced to about two songs before I saw Mason walking through the door hand in hand with Mikaela. God I hated her.

Mason was dressed casually in no costume whatsoever. He had on black jeans, and a navy blue jeans shirt.

He still looked gorgeous.

Of course Mikaela was dressed up as a slutty nurse.

I heard Jake cleared his throat. I didn't realize I had been staring at Mason for so long.

Looking embarrassed, I apologized to Jake.

We took a seat and I tried getting Mason's attention but he still didn't see me.

Eventually our eyes met and a smile crept up his face. I smiled in return and he walked over to where Jake and I was, leaving Mikaela with her bitchsquad.

"Hi" he said still looking at me, smiling.

"Hi" I blushed looking at him.

I just sat there, and he just stood there. We both stayed there, gazing into each others eyes. And it honestly felt right.

"Oh hi Mason. I'm doing good, thanks for asking." Jake spoke, his voice laced with sarcasm, breaking Mason and I out of our moment.

I looked down embarrassed a bit.

"Hey dude. Wait, what are you suppose to be?" Mason asked him looking baffled.

"You wouldn't know because you don't watch anime." Jake stated.

Mason shook his head and looked back at me.

"You OK?" He questioned, looking serious.

I looked into his eyes and I honestly felt like crying my eyes out because of how scared I was knowing that I knew who the spy was. And I just felt like I couldn't cry around anyone except Mason.

"Give me a minute Jake." I told Jake, kissing him on the cheek.

Why on earth did I do that. It just happened so naturally. Jake looked surprised and started to blush. He actually blushed. So adorable.

I walked outside grabbing Mason's hand right after getting a look from Mikaela. If looks could kill.

"I know who the spy is and he's here. " I paused.

"He's inside right this minute." I added, a tear escaping from my eyes.

A number of expressions flashed across Mason's face right at that moment. Anger. Shock. Anger again. Worry. Anger.

He grabbed my face in his hands coming close to me.

"Who is it Xayla?" He whispered.

"Its-Its....." I stuttered. This is harder than I thought.

Mason waited looking down at me and into my eyes, worried about me.

"Its Jackson. Chloe's date." I sighed.
