“WHAT IN THE NAME OF LIGHTNING BOLTS ARE YOU DOING HERE??!” I yelled gripping the towel around my body tighter.

I just got out of the bathroom after a long shower and I was wearing nothing except a fluffy towel. Windy, Sparky and Leaf are sitting on my bed staring at me and trying not to laugh.

“We have to get you ready.” Windy said and I glared.

“For what? I’m going to sleep because I was up all night and it’s already 5 PM.”

Leaf sighed dramatically. “Moonlights are so ignorant. For the party woman!”

After every mission, H.I.D.E throws a big party to celebrate the victory or at last that we’re still alive.

“I’m not going.” I insisted and glared at him for calling me an ignorant.

“We fucking waited 2 weeks for this party just because of you, so you are damn coming. Now, move your ass in this dress or the girls will dress you.” he threaten me with dangerous eyes.

I stumped my foot like a 3 years old and pouted. “But I don’t want too.”

“Come on!! There will be new hotties! And we all love hotties!” Sparky tried to reason.

I swear that my ears quirked up at the word ‘hotties’. “What? New hotties? When? How?”

Leaf walked to me and wrapped an arm around me. “My dear ignorant. Another rebellion came here and they will fusion with us because their base was found and destroyed. And they are strong. And HOT. I saw them.” he snapped his figure after every word “Drop.dead.gorgeous.”

My mind wandered to the black eyed beauty that saved my ass. Maybe he will be there. That would be good because I want to thank him.

Just thank him? Come on girl he’s hot. He deserves more.

I sighed in defeat. “Fine. I’ll come, but I can’t wear a dress. It’s too tight and my back still hurts.”

Leaf clapped his hands. “Girls. We have to find a numero 2 outfit and fast. It’s 5 and the party starts at 6:30 and I want to get drunk, so let’s go!”

All 3 of them marched in my walk in closet while I was staring at them.

Are they for real?

Thank God they are because they wouldn’t be, you would die alone and ugly dressed.

Leaf was holding a white loosen shirt with the collar black and a jacket with aztec print. Windy was holding a black leather skirt and a long necklace with a lightning pendant. Sparky was holding a pair of black heels that looked like boots with a smirk on her face.

I opened my mouth to protest about the boots, but they shoved the clothes in my arms and pushed me in the closet. I kept cursing as I got dressed, but did it anyway. I needed this party to loosen up a little. I’m a little too stressed for my liking.

“I’m done.” I said annoyed and the smiled at me with devil glints in their eyes.

Windy and Sparky squealed in the same time “MAKE UP TIME.” while Leaf grabbed my arm as I wanted to sprint out of the room.

“The girls will do your make up while I’ll try to do your hair with this hot thing.” he said waving the curling iron at me and my eyes widen.

“What do you mean try?? You aren’t getting anywhere near me with that thing in your hands!” I squeaked scared.

I like my hair and I’d like to keep it on my head, thank you very much.

He rolled his eyes as he pushed me on a chair. “I know how to use it. I did Windy’s hair before. Drama queen.”

“Fine. But if you all make me look like a clown I’ll kill you.”

All 3 if then rolled their eyes at me and called me a drama queen, but they are just jealous.

“Just close your damn eyes and let me do my thing.” Windy commanded more than told me and I obey like the good girl I am.

I’m tellin’ ya, an angry Windy it’s a not very nice Windy.

“And you’re ready to go....Shadow? SHADOW YOU STUPID SQUIRREL.”

I jumped in my seat and opened my eyes. “Yes?”

Windy was fuming and glaring at me. “I swear to God that if you drooled and ruined your lipstick and foundation, you are dead.”

Last time I remember she was almost pooping my eyes out trying to curl my eyelashes. God, you blink once and then you are all covered in make up.

I rolled my eyes and stretched since I couldn’t feel my ass. “You are being the drama queen now. I don’t drool.”

Sparky chuckled. “I have to pop your bubble because you actually drool when you sleep.”

“Whatever. Now get out of my way and let me see my beautiful face in the mir-WOW. This is me?? Damn, I look hot.” I gasped at my reflection.

My hair was slightly curled at the ends and my eyes were popping out due to the smokey eyes efect and my lips look incredible delicious with this brownish pinkish matted color.

God, I would fuck us if I were a boy or lesbian.

Leaf placed a hand under my chin. “You are drooling over yourself, Moonlight. You look okay.”

I slapped his hand and turned to him with my hands on my hips. “I don’t look just okay. I look fucking smoking hot and this girl will have fun tonight.”

“You look okay because I’ll be the centre of the attention with my sexy ass and beautiful face.” Leaf smirked and I pushed him out of my room.

“I’m going to ruin your good mood, Earthquake. You have only half an hour left to get ready.” I told him with a smirk and he disappeared in less then a second.

The girls chuckled and left to also get ready, but they only have to dress since they did their make up while they were doing mine.

Good. Now I need resources. I stuffed the jacket’s pockets with lollipops since I’m going to a party and I can’t smoke. Yeah, I started to smoke last year to relieve some stress and the perk of being an Elementar is that the smoking isn’t damaging my lungs if I’m healthy which I’m not right now, so no more smoking for now.

I popped a lollipop in my mouth and headed downstairs.

“Sucks it bitch! I’m ready and ready to party!!!!” Leaf yelled as soon as he saw me coming downstairs.

I took the lollipop out of my mouth. “I’m already sucking it bitch and don’t get too drunk or you’ll suck other things.”

Everyone started to laugh and Leaf nodded his head. “That’s actually a good advice, but I’ll still get drunk and you’ll be my supervisor.”

I groaned and grabbed his arm. “Great. I’m the nanny again. But if you come with me, you have to sit behind me on my motorbike.”

He started to whine and protest but he seated behind me the whole ride, shooting profanities at me.

The party was held in the ball room of main building. It was all decored in red and gold, and sometimes we use it for real balls with gowns and everything, but mostly just for parties like this one.

Leaf bolted inside the building like his feet were on fire, making his dark green flannel to fly behind him like a cape.

I shook my head with a smile and slowly made my way inside. I like to try not to break my neck on this stupid heals. I hate them, but at last it makes me look taller and they can be very useful in battles. Just imagine the pain a boy can feel when I hit him with my heel in his jewels.

As I entered the room my ears were about to explode. The music was blasting at maximum and the only lights were the colorful lasers moving everywhere. The dance floor was already full with hormonal teenagers with red cups in their hands.

My eyes wondered around the room trying to find that pretty faced guy. After I scanned the room 3 times and found nothing, I sighed and walked at one of the many tables with food and drinks. I decided that a glass of liquor and a cupcakes would be enough for now.

When the rest of the group arrived, Leaf was already half drunk and dancing like there’s no tomorrow on the dance floor. I’m praying that he won’t try anything stupid like he did the last time we were he.

He though that it should be a good idea to fix his hair with a bottle of vodka. He wanted to pour the vodka on his head to make his hair to stick up. When drunk, he’s more idiotic then he is on a daily basis.

“Why a beautiful doll like you does here all alone?”

I gulped down the rest of the liquor and looked at the one who called me doll. I hate that nickname.

“None of your business, dickhead. And I’m not a doll. Go and search for another doll.” I snapped back as the boy came closer to me.

If he keeps to piss me off, I’ll hit him with my heels.

“I know that normally you aren’t a doll, but now you look like one. You’re very pretty Red.” he said and leaned on the wall next to me.

I stared at him and then I realised something. He is the pretty faced boy that saved my ass. Same void eyes, nice tanned skin, black coal hair and a body to kill for.

“You don’t look so bad yourself, but call me doll once again and I’ll play football with your balls.”

He chuckled and he has such a deep chuckled that goosebumps erupted on my arms. “I won’t because I’m sure that you would do that.”

For some reason I smiled at him. “I would. Oh, and thanks for saving my ass and pretty face.”

He smiled too, showing his pearly white teeth. “So you recognised me. And your welcome. I couldn’t let such a pretty and nice girl to die there.”

I giggled as he did a reverence. “Thanks again. And” I extended my hand “I’m Shadow Thunder of Moonlight. Nice to meet you.”

He smirked. “So I have the honor to talk with a royal? And most of all with The Shadow Thunder of Moonlight?”

I rolled my eyes and clenched my teeth. I hate when people say that like it’s such a big deal. I’m a person like everyone is and I would like to not be remaind constantly of who I am.

“Whatever. Will you shake my hand and tell me your name or should leave?” I snapped annoyed by his smug look, like he wanted me to react like this.

“Is someone eager to know me?”

I dropped my hand and turned around to leave him. “Goodbye.”

Of course that he had to be cocky and arogant. He couldn’t be nice looking and have a nice personality.

So the pretty boy is interested in this girl. Too bad that he won’t find out anything. I’m done with letting people in and getting hurt in the end. I want to know him, but if I want details about him, he will want details about me and I’m not willing to give any information about me.

After my little speech about how it’s a bad idea to accept this offer, I found myself shaking his hand like the idiot I am.

I was staring in his eyes when I remembered something. My eyes widen and I started to look frenetically around searching for Leaf.

“Fuck.” I muttered under my breath and started to search for him.

I found his stuffing his mouth with cupcakes and anything sweet.

“LEAF PUT THE CUPCAKE DOWN AND COME HERE.” I growled at him and he ran to me with his mouth full of cupcakes.

“Wes?”

I smacked his head. “You can’t eat sweets, Earthquake! You will go all hyper and you already have ADHD!!”

He looked at me and started to giggle like a girl. “I see a unicorn. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Let’s dance squirrel!! I love this song and we know the choreography!!”

I hate when he calls me squirrel. He’s only calling me this because I’m short and I like peanuts, but only when I’m drunk.

“No. We need to get you home.” I said and grabbed his arm which was shaking uncontrollable.

“NO. I want to daaaance. Now.”

Then an idea popped in my mouth. “Fine, but after that song we are going home.”

His face lit up like a Christmas tree. “YES. Let’s gooooo.”

I sighed as he dragged me on the dance floor. I hate drunk and hyperactive Leaf. He makes me do embarrassing things like dancing in front of 100 of people.

Juju on the beat was playing and I know the whole dance moves since Leaf forced me to learn them with him.

He yelled at the DJ to replay the song and prepared for the show while I want to dissappear since he stopped right in the middle of the dance floor and people formed a circle around us. And let’s not talk about our drunk friends who were cheering for us.

Well, since all of them are drunk and they wouldn’t remember anything tomorrow, let’s do this.

The song started once again and me with Leaf started to dance in perfect synchronisation like we usually do.

As we kept dancing and switching places once in a while, people were cheering louder and some were even trying to copy our moves.

It was pretty weird and a little hard to dance in my heels, but at last I’m having fun and I’m feeling very well.

At the final of the song Leaf was crocked down with his elbows on his knees, while I was on my feet with my arms crossed.

I smiled as people cheered louder and clapped us. Some took pictures at us and with us.

And I wish that every day to be like this day. Relaxed and fun.
