The day went on and Aly still wondered what the alpha wanted with her. There was also a weird chill that ran down her back when she thought of him, she went home to change and rest to be ready for the night.

Her mother and father called her for dinner. They were a lovely couple; she was their only daughter. Her mother May tried to have more pups but when she got pregnant a month later, she would lose them.

She gave up and instead of being depressed she gave all her love and attention to her beautiful daughter, her father as well he didn’t care if they didn't have more pups he had his Aly, and he was grateful for her.

They ate their dinner together and talked about their day, how her parents had a long day at work and asked her how her day was at school. She told them how her day went but kept the part that the young alpha had told her to meet him near the twisted tree at midnight.

Her father called her to the living room “Aly come see a movie with us it has been a while we have seen a movie together as a family, we have been late at work this whole month and with our turn to keep a lookout at the borders too it hasn’t given us time to enjoy a family night.”

Aly smiled at her father and went to sit next to him and her mother “I have missed you guys these last weeks; you’ve been so busy I thought you forgot me” Aly says with a small sad pout.

“No darling we will never forget you, you know we love you and we work hard to give you the best we can. We also want to save money to send you to the best college we can get you in” her mother said, hugging her.

“I know mom, but it is hard not seeing any of you some days. I love you so much.”

“Ok enough of sentimentalism you are going to make this old man cry, let’s put the movie” her dad said.

When the movie finished, she said her goodbyes to her parents and went to her room, where she put on some warm pants, a sweater and her shoes. She was ready to get out through her room window to go see Eric.

She had to be quiet not to make much noise so her parents wouldn’t hear her get out, she had to leave now it was half an hour to get to the south side of the border.

She was on the north side of the border and without a wolf, yet she had to walk all that way. She silently said bye to her parents and left her home.

Eric was already there waiting for Aly. He got there an hour before her. He had to prepare emotionally and physically, he also took wolfsbane to sedate his wolf and he wouldn’t intervene.

His wolf wouldn’t die once he killed Aly, they are not bonded. Her wolf hasn’t even surfed. He could tell she was his mate because he was an alpha, everything in him was more height than normal wolves.

When he scented, she was close. His emotions made him feel confused should he go through it or do as he planned at first, but what if she ruins his plans of mating Courtney, he couldn’t allow that.

He saw her step near the tree, her light blue eyes shining with the rays of moonlight, her dark hair moving to the side with the wind. She looked beautiful. It was a shame she was a low class for him.

He stepped in front of her, invading her personal space “you came.”

“Yes, you said you wanted to talk with me,” Aly said, lowering her head showing respect toward him.
